I have to see my cardiologist cause I haven't been perfectly fine lately...problem is I'm extremely anxious when it comes about my health and that doesn't help. At the first sign of my body being slightly off my first thought is I'm dying and I start panicking. But I've already mentioned this before..

Maybe I should marry one of those doctors my dad wants me to afterall. At least that way I would feel less worried.

The other day took dajo into a clinic for shoulder pain. The doctor was bad and didnt know how to use the ekg. So he made us go to the ER saying hes having a heart attack. Got to spend 5 hours at the ER for the doctor to be like the clinic doctor had no idea what he was doing and his ekg and blood pressure was normal. At least it didnt cost us anything >__>

I go see my doctor every 6 weeks~ If I fall sick I dont have an income. I'll never do wintersports because of breaking legs and arms and not being able to do my job. As soon I dont feel well I'll go see him.
Aside of my knee, my eating problem, my hormonal moodswings I'm in top health.

"oh you leave an unhealthy lifestyle, you eat a lot of XYZ and play games and blah blah blah"
"oh this happened because ZXYQW and you STUFF"

finally went to a doctor about 3 years ago.
"oh no you are fine, bit high on cholesterol but fine, also all those issues people nagged you about have only your nasal breathing problem and it all comes from that"

I disagree. I switched from gym to doing it at home cause I hated the environment and seemed like an overall waste of money for the type of stuff they make me do anyway.
And even exercising by myself I hate every moment of it, but I insist because keeping my shape is more important to me.
