Just got back from Deadpool.
Oh my *** god. So good. Soo.. The dog I was bitching about the other day, neighbor's dog that barks for hours at absolutely nothing.. (I've watched, it really is barking at nothing)
Turns out a few other neighbors are hearing it and getting annoyed about it. So, if people start complaining to the cops or the city, what will they do? Fine the neighbor? They can't really come and take his dog or force him to get rid of it so, legit question; what happens in such a case? Anna Ruthven said: » Soo.. Chained up 24/7? If enough people complain to animal control about the noise they'll at least fine him (They'll probably come out to *** too to make sure nothing else is going on too)
