:| gEDA is a PCB design program like KiCAD, but it's free.
So I am putting in some setups and it's making my PCB board design for me. I really wonder what format these files are saved in and if I can just send this information to a company and tell them to make me 20 of these boards.
It would make life so much easier....

I've used this software, and if I remember correctly they even have a manufacturing service.
edit: if you want some simulation software, I can upload it to my server and PM you the details.
edit2: as for the expresspcb printing service, my old prof used it a few times and was rather pleased, saved him the trouble of having to manufacturer the boards himself in his shop.
