Anyone else read 7th Garden (manga)? I hope it doesn't get axed, the art is amazing and the story is pretty interesting so far. Also (*** thankfully) very small amounts of fanservice.

My workout was kinda meh today... was chest day, despite my triceps still being super sore, I went ahead and did chest. Doesn't feel like I went as hard as I could, even though I was doing my last sets to failure.
Hopefully I'm just too focused on the arm soreness to feel it today and tomorrow I will be properly sore. Found something in my mail from Dameion

You were doing 2 muscle groups that are inherently linked. A better option would have been to do lower body/abdominals in their place. Should always be alternating exercise cycles, particularly with general weight lifting. And fitting a day of rest in between when your body tells you to. *cooks breakfast for Seha... something super awesome and special*
