Question for you weapons enthusiasts
 What's this weapon's actual name? Also, does that kind of 'handle' has a definition too? I'm not even entirely sure this exists in the real world.

Minigun i believe  and I think it is usually has a stand, or sis mounted up on boats, planes, helicopters, cars, bikes, etc. It's called a "minigun" which is short for mini Gatling gun
the one in the back is a pistol grip and the handle in front is part of the cradle assembly What about the general model, like Vulcan Raven's gatling in MGS if you get what I mean.

The type of gun exists, just that particular one is too small and/or missing pieces.
