Took me about 20min of messing around with Guildwork, etc. but I think I got my updated equipment to finally show, rather than what the linkshell community website was showing.

It would update, but then quickly revert back. I think I got it now.

So... I just learned that the freezing point of milk is roughly 30F. Left my protein shake on the top shelf in the mini fridge and it was frozen. I make them in empty water bottles for backpack convenience and being disposable.

I also learned if you run warm water over said frozen protein shake, the top blows off in roughly 5 seconds. So now I have half a protein slushy before bed.

Actually it isn't bad at all. This is the last of the chocolate coconut and honestly it tastes better frozen than not... Kind of milk shake like.

This month's flavor is mocha cappuccino, which I had this morning before I left for work. Vast improvement over the chocolate coconut, which was pretty horrid. Next month is either banana cream or cookies & cream. Thinking the cookies & cream may be less of a risk.

I got this strawberry stuff and it has this really REALLY nasty bitter aftertaste, so I typically just cannonball the thing. I couldn't imagine trying to drink one down slowly.

Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard actually tastes pretty good for most flavors I've had, with a good variety to boot. Working my way through the list of flavors from amazon. Also from my experience avoid anything fruity like strawberry or fruit punch. Also mixing it in whole milk helps, but I usually just down them as fast as possible as well.

One mid and one post workout, one before bed, and sometimes one for breakfast if I don't have time for anything else or am just being lazy.

anyone with T9 experience? how's this look for 2nd set of meteors+golems:



makes it much easier to manage them by setting everyone up based on tank position and just having whoever gets marked move a bit left or right to a safe spot

My group splits the room in half. WAR PLD BRD DRG loosely grouped on 1 side and BLM SMN SCH WHM on the other. We stand at Nael's sides and move to the wall when chosen and back to the middle for raid heals after drops.
